Refund policy

We hope that you love your purchase. But, if you are not, you may return most items in an UNUSED condition within 14 DAYS OF SHIPPING and you will be refunded the purchase price. Custom items and items that have been altered to your specifications are not returnable. Please ask when ordering about the returnability or exchangability of an item if you have doubts.

• Ship your return within 14 days of Delivery

• Please expect your refund to be processed 5-7 days from the time we receive the item back. If you opt for store credit please be aware that store credit is valid for 6 months and cannot be applied to items on the first page of the shop.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

• Earrings (For Hygiene reasons)

• Digital downloads

• Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons (this includes earrings!)
